i most definitely agree, Richard who has been a lead team member on other servers for a surplus of 6 months and even holds a head administrative rank on prop hunt is not experienced enough in being a lead team member!

Things are a bit more complicated than that.
Getting promoted to SA is a whole new level, as you enter the LT.

TTT has always been a special place on Zarp. Sex, drugs, corruption, sex, money and sex between LT members.
During my days as a HA, meetings and parties were crazy naked with Raeker and the gang. I had to offer a LOT to enter the LT. It was truly a pain in the ass, but it was worth it.

I'd say he should show more of his ... dedication to his higher ups.
