TOPIC: NEW ZARP COMMUNITY OWNER - DEADMONSTOR

Congratulations to DEADMONSTOR our first new Community Owner in almost 5 years.

As part of a strong team he will have the power and the responsibility to drive this Community forward with access to edit and update our DarkRP servers, our loading screens, APIs and web services and future new servers.

By working together with your fellow Community Team members you’ll help us to big new updates and changes for 2019 and beyond. DEADMONSTOR has shown his skills, experience and dedication to our team and we’re backing him with the tools, powers and trust he'll need to get the job done.

Why DEADMONSTOR
He has consistently shown the Communities best interests at heart and wants to see every server succeed. He has shown he is able to work together with the other team members, and has been able to inform them as problems arise.

He was also set a further challenge to produce a new editable NLR system for DarkRP inside of a week to show that he is ready for the position. His first task as owner will be to implement this system with access to the DarkRP servers and the gamemode files.

Induction
Because this promotion includes many new powers and complicated access rights, you may not see DEADMONSTOR with all his powers until the Induction takes place (Monday 25th March) in which we will complete training and a review of the following areas.

During the Community Owner induction; we will review 7 areas:
1. Your rights and powers
2. Training for additional services, tools and control panels
3. Review of our plans for 2019
4. Review of major issues
5. Review of logistics (Server/infrastructure/security plans and layouts)
6. Discussion of your plans
7. Additional CM team meeting if new votes are required (After the induction has concluded)

DEAD is the reason that I am still here in the community and that I have been able to come even close to where I am today in regards to development work.

Where other people just yelled and didn't help with anything, DEAD was always there to work together with, and would always explain properly the reasoning behind things. By working with DEAD in ZARP, I have personally been able to make a hell of a lot of progress compared to where I was when I became Prophunt Server Owner almost 2 years ago, and even in the past 6 - 9 months or so since I first started to work with DEAD.

DEAD has always shown incredible skill and dedication with development, and has always stood out to me personally as an amazing member of the community. I've had my own personal issues with DEAD before, but that could be said for anyone, and I can safely say that I am incredibly happy to see DEAD as a Community Owner now.

DEAD will definitely make some outstanding changes in the community and work well with the existing Community Owners, and I look forward to continuing to work with him in his new rank.

My only problem is the issue with his rank name. It should say Community Gay.

Fucking hell if I don't get Community Manager then I am a failure...

It feels like a month ago that we were messaging each other about what it would be like if you got community developer and now you're here as a community owner, I'm sure you'll do great things man, congratulations!

I would like to thank everyone here in the community that helped me get here in the first place. When I came back to ZARP I would have never thought that I would be here now and that is because of the people that have been around me.

I hope that I can get ZARP back to the way it was before a lot of the drama went done and try and get most of you playing on the server enjoying it. This goes without said that you can message me at anytime with suggestions or questions about the community.

I look forward to working with the CM Team and Owners to make this community better.
