Overall it's a fair concern, and I understand that a bunch of unknown, new administrators may look bad in comparison to the experienced staff members of the community that have recently resigned. That being said, I believe that most of these staff members, while they are rough around the edges, are a great addition to the administrator team.

I'm not disregarding your concerns, though, there have been some cases with the current moderators and administrators that weren't pretty, but I'm confident that they will improve for the better and become the staff members you desire.
