Veto would mean that the staff member wouldn't be on the staff list altogether. We cannot force change their positions, and the staff list can only be presented to the CM team for review once.

I know what it meant, but i speculated that if roy were to be given a higher position in the initial staff procedure he would've been veto-ed. thats the main reason i posted that (and maybe should've explained more further)

We never 'took' it from him, he resigned from ZARP and was no longer active around so I decided to revive the project in my own hands and had DEAD to come along and help again. He's soon returning though so I gave him a staff rank since he did help a bit back then.

Some complications happened when I forgot to add Patrick to the admin list and bare in mind we could only have 5 starter admins and was full so there was a slot for Moderator so Coutinroy was best to be placed there as Patrick is working on maps for us atm and Coutinroy recently returned.
