HOW WOULD YOU DEAL WITH A DISRESPECTFUL PLAYER?
I would give them a mute. The time would depend on how much they have disrespected me or someone else. If they keep on disrespecting me or someone else then I will warn and kick them. If they carry on then I will ban them if needed.

WHY I SHOULD BE CHOSEN (LONGER ANSWER EXPECTED HERE - AT LEAST 50 WORDS).
I should be chosen because: I am on the server every day. I am very mature for my age. I will never abuse my abilities. I also have a very good knowledge on dealing with players that are mean/disrespectful to other plays or me, and if they are not obeying the rules. I also want to keep this server safe and fun for everyone and keep the disrespectful people away.
