Not just you man, either way I'd suggest being less harsh and just start reporting people more.

It is me, I know you might still be holding a grudge but that's okay

There are people other than you, I'd just recommend that you follow my advice.

I'm gonna criticise that advice. Thing is if no one is going to tell them to do their job who will? If they get reported what will that accomplish? They might get demoted and nothing good will happen. Unless the admins don't either help them out and show them what they should do nothing will improve.

If they get reported, a LT member will tell them what they're doing wrong, and action will be taken. It's the best, least harsh, and most mature way of handling it. You are expected to report incidents like this, not call them out massively for it.

It is true that I might've been harsh and I did apologize to the guy himself and eventually did report him to LT. Still I saw him today and he wasn't handling any situations. I kept my cool though and just did my job.

I've had this problem with staff and have been trying to sort it out for the last week or so. It's just a very big problem and we all need to be putting in more effort. Staff need to step up their game and if they don't sooner rather than later than Deathrun is going to start to full quite quickly. We don't need more staff, we just need the current ones to step up their game and actually act like a staff member.

Bumping this. Just so you know, I'm going to work closely with the LT on a list of people who are consistently failing to accomplish their staff duties, and I won't hesitate to be quite harsh with who ends up on it, so you all better step it up.
