I know what you mean, but that shouldn't really be an excuse. If they want to become staff they must be ready to accept all critisim thrown at them, if they need help it won't magically happen the staff that needs help has to reach out for the help or no one will know they're struggling. But what you said is a really good point.

So Sorle and Lowski might have been referring to me and the criticism I threw at someone and that might have been partly my fault but if no one is gonna tell them something they won't do anything about it. I see a lot of moderators online and that's a good thing but apart from playing, bhopping the whole damn fuckin map and whining about the points they don't do anything regards the rules. I constantly have to do things myself and the users take advantage of that cause I can't keep an eye on everyone on the server. Others are even tabbed out of the game. That's another thing when you think you're gonna tab out just go spectator and that should do it. I'm sorry I might seem harsh to some mods but If no one will point out these things they won't do anything about it. Sorry if was harsh to some staff members but that's how I work I guess! At the moment I think LT should re-check all the members and how much work and effort they're putting into the server.
