I like this idea and agree that the card system is hard to navigate never mind newer players trying to find there way around this. I used to like collecting skins and just buying them instead of waiting a whole day to collect a skin.

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting):
Make shorter maps not playable when there is certain player limit reached. For example if there is more than 15 players or so, short maps wouldn't appear in the map vote

How / why would it benefit the Deathrun server:
It would balance the gamemode so runners wouldn't win that easily on shorter maps.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I have no clue if this is possible to add but you might have to add more maps which technically isn't an issue, it's rather extra work.

Additional notes:
Probably ain't worth it because the playerbase isn't solid nowadays but wouldn't hurt if added.

My suggestion is to change rule 1.4. Currently, you aren't allowed to shout through shout vote, even though that is the whole point of shout vote.

We had a solution in mind for the shoutvote and the rule but I never got around to implementing it, I'm sure it's something Hitman will fix when he gets the time for it

That shouldn’t be there, the whole point of the shout vote is to shout and you wouldn’t be breaking rules.

This man speaks the truth, there is no possible way that there is any bugs with the RTD system.

(On a serious note, the size issue with people getting stuck is simply due to how a lot of maps which have entrances and whatever which would make you too large to fit through or maybe too small to jump over, this could be fixable by making the player keep their original hitbox and just increase the size of the model(assuming that's possible havent touched glua in a while) or alternatively it could just be removed, as for the rocket / slap into the sky and scream, it is very easy to alter the rtd system even when considering the fact pretty sure I didn't put too many code comments. The slap into the sky and scream being obnoxious is just changing one variable for each.)

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): Removing Server Rule 1.2 for Deathrun, and adding Scamming as it's own Section.

How / why would it benefit the Deathrun server: It would benefit in not having a contradictory rule to the wider Community rules on Scamming, as it's currently stated in the Deathrun Server Rules that: "..scamming for items in game using the trade system when VIP has nothing to do with it is allowed however."
So it would be better to have Scamming a section above the General Conduct Rules such as featured in the SSRP Server Rules, and just removing Server Rule 1.2 entirely.


Potential Issues/Exploits: none.

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): Redoing Deathrun Server Rule 1.3 regarding Promotion of non-ZARP Services

How / why would it benefit the Deathrun server: Current Deathrun Server Rule 1.3 is highly confusing and firstly states that promotion of external games is allowed, yet later states that: "..no spreading Non-ZARP/External Games unrelated to Gmod community links in chat".
Therefore simply remaking the rule into a simple no-promotion rule would be better.

1.3 Promotion of non-ZARP services - Promotion of competing communities, competing services, pornographic content or other promotion of rulebreaking material is not allowed on our servers.


Potential Issues/Exploits: none.

Additional notes: It's also possible to keep the last sentence from the current Deathrun Server Rule 1.3 of "If you have proof of someone rulebreaking, don't post the proof in chat, put it into admin chat with @ before the link", after the rewritten rule.

Last week the TTT server owner had trim ~1.2GBs of unused content from the download list. I was wondering if deathrun also had (?)GBs unused content, that users are needlessly downloading; making their join-to-spawn time longer than it should be. :?

Basicly the Thor Hammer unlock is just an error sign. I didn't want to make another post just for this. :side:

Potential Issues/Exploits: Just don't accidentally remove some in use content. ;)

The change I made was made across all Pointshop server's, sadly, most of the content that was removed from TTT was actually deathrun content, meaning there is only about 100mb of unused content that could be removed from deathrun that is related to pointshop, which it has been.
