Arad is a good guy. He's just a bit upset at the moment because he worked hard on The Minutemen and he's being told he can't have it back. You also worked hard on this gang but he created it in the first place. He's offered to keep you as Co owner and you to will both be in charge. Just give him his gang back man.

Arad gave him the gang to hold onto while he was away. He's decided to come back now and would like his gang back. The both put alot of work into the gang. Arad has agreed to keep him in the gang as officer.

So what I gather from this is basically one guy created a gang back in the stone age, and when he decided to leave he gave his gang to one of his mates. Now that he has come back he apparently "claims" this gang for himself, but apparently doesn't take into account that he literally gave ownership away. A shitstorm is happening because they can't come to a conclusion, and now we're having this completely unnecessary forum thread between two people flaming each other because they believe that'll help their case. Does that sound right?

If Arad doesn't like the Minutemen as it is, then you're better off joining another gang or start a new one. Ownership has been handed over, it's not a scam but an act of giving, so if Niko or whatever wants to run it into the ground then he's free to do so.
