Downtown is a big map for the gamemode. Something like DarkRP shouldn't be done over a large scale map, because the key focus on raiding and printing and lack of any roleplay is only further emphasized.

There's no point in having a big and small map just for the sake of it, we need two maps that the community want and are suitable for the style of gamemode the server offers, something as big as rockford is not only intimidating to new players who can't afford cars and methods of transportation, but it's also extremely barren at many times.

It's still a double edged sword. On the other side there would still be people which would complain about them not having enough space to drive their cars, or having no place to set down a shop, or not finding a good place to base.

Anyways, if there will be another vote, Bloc is gonna be there, and we'll see what the community wants.

While I agree with you Exro, The community voted for Rockford so nothing can really be done other than another vote and then Bloc42 might win.

One of the main reasons, in my opinion, Rockford won is that many high ranking Brotherhood members promoted Rockford within the gang, and built up a very large amount of hype for it. That hype was extremely short lived and I felt like some people who voted on that poll didn't really try and of the maps.

Next time, there needs to be a 2-3 day trial of all of the maps in the poll, so people can get an idea of what they are like.

Brotherhood is just a big circlejerk.
