Truly sad times we live in!

Oh Sam, his eternal zombie, so brave and true,
Fought by his side, without a moment of rue,
But alas, Extra, the grim reaper, came to call,
And took the zombie away, leaving Sam to fall.

The battle was fierce, with death in the air,
Extra, the reaper, with his deadly stare,
Approached the zombie, with his scythe held high,
And struck him down, with a mournful cry.

Sam's heart was heavy, and filled with woe,
As he watched his companion fall to the foe,
The zombie, once eternal, now gone in a flash,
Leaving Sam to mourn, in sadness and ash.

The battlefield was quiet, with tears in his eyes,
Sam stood alone, with his heart in disguise,
For the loss of his zombie, so brave and true,
Had left him with nothing, but memories anew.

So let us raise a glass, to Sam and his zombie,
Their journey together, so brave and free,
May the memories they shared, be forever known,
And their bond eternal, in a place all their own.
