The mummy suit is one of the most highly sought after suits just now. Stands to reason you'd struggle finding a seller who will settle for anything less than 4.5 bil, and even that is slightly generous.

It's a seller's market. Also, as Jesus Cry mentioned earlier - you're expected to overpay if you're paying with items. I think that's why a lot of people ask for items unless they're desperate for cash - because they know they can potentially make a bigger profit.

I've had some people outright refuse the average price of an item in cash just because they'd rather accept items and get at least 5% overpay.
