The facts that you're stating implies that the banning system is flawed (and I 100% believe it's flawed, CM bans are rarely permanent and permanent bans aren't either)

It was more of a rhertorical question, and also tbf Kalll, who was scammed, forgave him anyways so it wasn't that much of a big deal at all but either way we gave Flash a chance, we would of done this to anyone else (Maybe not Denis though since he did pull a scummy move in a giveaway event).
