I like the fact that you want to become a staff mate, here is my advice!

Be active, every time you log in type // Hey everyone or do good deeds around the server, ask if you can help new players. When you see a rule break don’t be a Onion Ring or Xnator or James Stone and RDM the guy, Make sure you have proof for every report you do. If you don’t break rules and be friendly then you will be on your way to become a staff member!

I am already an administrator on the SSRP servers. I don't RDM a rulebreaker if I see one, that's just not the way I do things. As a user, I did pretty much all of the above things, although I don't always greet everyone when I join, so perhaps I will start doing that more frequently. And quite obviously, I never break rules. Hence why I got my rank in the first place.
