Eh. We're not a perfect team. Never claimed to be. But we do have some heavy hitters (the ones who bang out as many F1s as they can and do their job well), and we do have some that could afford to be a little more present. It's down to perspective, I guess.

I always thought that people wanted to be staff so they could help people, at least that was my reason for wanting to join.

The amount of broken english in this thread makes me want to shoot myself. I feel like I'm reading an essay written by a 4 year old with dementia.

I kind of notice spelling errors in anything including my teacher's writting. I'm kind of picky about it and yes, there is terrible spelling and grammar in these posts. Come on people this is why we go to school.
