All I'm gonna say is Jugg suit is amazing for its mobility with a Hand Cannon in large areas like S2 Disco and such, shame S1's map doesn't give you a lot of freedom when you're airborne and obviously as well as the HP and Armor being very strong, same applied to GJugg obv. It is all about how you use it. You can see any suit as the best suit under certain circumstances. Also considering the fact that I had a x2 mummy whist tgunning and gluoning a visor. According to the player, he only took like 10 damage which is stupidlly over powered for defence, all you need is a visor and someone to kill the people who're trying to kill the person in the visor for an easy defence. Imo just use the visor to grab raiders or defenders attention

2 - Jugg/evo : I feel like those are equaly matched. Jugg is best used in a sort of " sentry mode " to defend a base/nuke and be able to tank a lot thus removing the negative factor of its mobility. It can even be used to raid to soak up the damage of initial t-gun/m202 shots when raiding a nuke/base. Where as the evo suit grants wallhack which is op af and has speed and high-jump capabilities making it extremely op to defend and time your t-gun shot or gluon pre-fire. And the same can be said to raid people. I'd give it the edge over the jugg if it wasnt for its low hp ( 400 might seem a lot compared to the nano/acs but you rapidly loose them if you get t-gunned even once or twice. And after that its almost instant rip with gluon )

3 - Hyper : The hyper tp can be useful sure but its more of a gimmick than anything else honestly. The only use for it is to set it up somewhere where you know someone's gonna base/nuke. Otherwise I guess it can be used as a way to teleport inside/outside of your base but I don't feel like that gives such a massive advantage compared to the jugg tankyness and the evo wh abilities.

4 - ACS : Honestly I'd argue the acs can be even more usefull than the hyper if used properly. People don't realise how easily you can abuse the shield to block off part of a base after an electric shot for instance. Or even using it trough walls to block off the entrance to a base. But still, the low hp makes it ridiculously easy to rip so hyper still tops it easy.

5 - Nano : Only ever used it to scan master on S2 lol. Rendered even more useless because even cloaked evo suits can see you so you can't even try to sneak in someone's base and cloak in a corner with it anymore.
