ZARP Policies

Community Owner is the highest rank in ZARP and has complete access and authority across the community. Promotions to this rank follow a very specific path compared to a promotion to any other rank. The only pre-requisite to becoming Community Owner is that you are currently a Community Manager. Below you will find the specific rules relating to the promotion to Community Owner;

1. You cannot apply for Community Owner, you must be brought up within the community team meeting by one of your colleagues.
2. You cannot attend your promotion vote, the vote must take place in accordance with the Meeting Rules, specifically the Community Team section.
3. You must complete an interview with the Community Team, answering their questions and promoting yourself. There is no specific brief or format for this interview. This interview must be completed before the vote takes place.
