“Cops VS Nukes” Giveaway – Terms and Conditions


Giveaway Period: 7:00 PM BST, 26th May 2025 – 7:00 PM BST, 9th June 2025

1. Promoter

This giveaway is operated by ZARP Gaming, a community-operated online gaming community hosted within the UK.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all players of the ZARP Gaming DarkRP server aged 16 or over at the time of entry.
  • Entrants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
  • ZARP Gaming “Community Owners” or anyone involved in the operation of the server or databases storing the giveaway data are not eligible to participate.
  • By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to these terms.

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Users automatically participate by playing on the ZARP DarkRP server and completing in-game actions to earn points.
  • Points are earned through activities outlined in-game under the “Cops vs Nukes” menu.
  • Players with the highest total points at the end of the giveaway period will win prizes as listed below.

4. Giveaway Prizes

There are three (3) prize tiers, awarded to the top 3 eligible participants based on point totals:

  • Tier 1 (1st Place):
    • £80 gift card (redeemable at over 220+ retailers)
    • 10 Booster Packs (in-game item)
  • Tier 2 (2nd Place):
    • £30 gift card (redeemable at over 220+ retailers)
    • 5 Booster Packs (in-game item)
  • Tier 3 (3rd Place):
    • £15 gift card (redeemable at over 220+ retailers)
    • 5 Booster Packs (in-game item)

Gift cards will be delivered digitally via email or private message through Discord/Steam. In-game items will be distributed via the game’s inventory system.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be determined based on point rankings at 7:00 PM BST on 9th June 2025.
  • Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the end date via the ZARP Gaming website or Discord.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, ZARP Gaming reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • Gift Cards are redeemable at 220+ Retailers including but not limited to Amazon, Steam, Apple and Google Play. Depending on your country of residence, we may not be able to provide a Gift Card for all these retailers. In such an event that we are not able to provide any Gift Cards in your region a suitable alternative prize of similar value will be given.

6. Disqualification

ZARP Gaming reserves the right to disqualify:

  • Any user found exploiting, cheating, or using unfair methods to earn points.
  • Any user who violates the DarkRP server rules during the giveaway period is given a ban.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected (e.g., Steam ID, Discord handle, email) will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and delivery of prizes.
  • All data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

8. Liability

ZARP Gaming is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, delays, or disruptions to gameplay or data tracking.
  • Incorrect delivery of prizes due to inaccurate contact information provided by entrants.

9. General

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Steam, Discord, or any gift card provider.
  • ZARP Gaming reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
