The way Morgan “reported” spicy was against the ts3 server rules (or so I thought thank emp I still feel stupid). But Morgan also used the powers he was granted to enter the spacer without any of our consent, as spicy had moved him out before but he joined back anyway. He then proceeded to record spicy. He asked everyone if they would buy him this fortnite thing (I don’t remember what it was) which costs actual money and offered his “protection” for 1 week. Some other shit went down spicy went afk. After a little bit he came back and immediately switched channels with someone else. I joined with permission and asked what was up. They both begin telling me what Morgan did. So I went to someone higher up obviously, asking for advice on what to do. I was told to ban Morgan, as blackmailing is 100% not allowed in any circumstance (and spicy felt quite threatened as Morgan sent a picture of him sending the evidence to chuteuk). As a result he was permanently banned.

The lt had a long hard talk about what was appropriate, and in the end spicy felt the need to unban Morgan as to avoid prosecution as one of the cm members said “let’s just forget about it, unban Morgan and spicy goes unpunished”.

I would also like to point out that at one point there was “no tou” in the ts as long as everyone within the channel was okay with it. That rule is also null after this situation. And we were told to enforce the racism rule, it doesn’t matter if everyone in the channel is okay with it or whatever. But that’s a new rule from the situation happening.
