TOPIC: The Fourth Empire Discussion [CLOSED FOR NOW]

Getting to know the Fourth Empire.

Several years ago four friends had a desire to become part of an organized DarkRP Gang to dominate our foes and claim what we think is ours.
We joined a random gang and got a small taste of what the gang life is all about. We wanted more, we wanted control, we wanted wealth and power, we eventually decided to separate ourselves from our previous gang because we knew we would be able to create a better, stronger and more powerful gang then any other existing organization that was active at the time. We began making our first steps to becoming what we are now, a motivated, trained and well disciplined group of guys looking to strive beyond any competition that stands in our way.
Over the years we've been on different servers, games and platforms with the similar mindset and ideas. Since June 19th 2014 we have migrated the project to the ZARP DarkRP Community looking to stay and have many, many intense, violence filled euphoric moments while still being able to have a blast doing so, achieving the many new and interesting goals ZARP has created for its members. We're looking forward to meeting all of you in-game and on the forums. Hopefully we'll be able to become a respected organization among this community.



A quick peek on how we build the foundations of the Fourth Empire.

Information regarding the organization and ranks listed above.

Every weekend we will have a random non-scheduled drill day for the members are are online at that time, we will go over every single situation we can think of, such as vehicle pursuit, breaching, raid approach, proper use of ordnance, formations, how to successfully raid known base designs, weapon familiarization, base design etc.

Either every Sunday or every other Sunday we will assign a 'Soldier of the Week' who will also be announced on this exact forum post, this soldier of the week winner will be given a reward that varies from 1 to 3 million depending on the impression he left on the Command Cell.

We will work to create fire teams named squads (Squad Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta) these squads will operate separately but still strive to achieve the same goal if instructed to do so, this said goal can literally be any sort of assignment we hand out, think raids, recon and contraband transport for example.

Recruiter roles are the people that take new recruits under their wing, show them the ropes and put them to the test.
Recruiters then meet with Command Cell to discuss said recruit and then Command Cell will decide based upon what has been discussed if said recruit is a capable and worthy member for our organization.

Rivalry Progression

There is a strange line that really determines who exactly is a superior gang, we believe that once we succesfully defend our base from said rival organization their raid (8+ players on each side), multiple times. And succesfully raid said rival organization their base multiple times on a consistant basis without losing that we have "defeated" the rival organization.

Fourth Empire Application Format and Guidelines.


To become a member of the Fourth Empire, you'll have to reply to this topic with an application using the format given below.
If your application has been accepted you will be assigned a Sergeant or above who will take you underneath his wing, show you the ropes and teaches you whatever he finds necessary for you to know.

After this assigned Sergeant or above has spent enough time with you he will share his opinion and notes with the a Colonel.
Based on his opinion and notes the Colonel will decide which squad you'll be placed in.



Keep in mind that we appreciate a well written application due to the simple fact that it shows dedication and respect.
Try to stay away from the eye wrenching colorful options the post editor provides you, make your application a nice and easy read.

Not that good.

We destroyed you guys!

Not really man, we were in the moment of setting up the base and suddenly orbital strikes hit right in the center.

When I asked if you guys were down for a gangwar no one responded, when we all switched to server 2 we had a Cop VS Gangster little event I guess you could say. And we whiped you guys out before you even got into the PD but I wouldn't even call that any sort of worthy enough moment to really determine who might be better.

Also don't forget, due to the heavy ordnance used on ZARP I'd even argue that the attacking side (in a raid situation) has a strong advantage.

Anyway, we'll see how things go.

Besides, keep in mind that we're not even a week old and are still working every day to fully migrate and get everything prepared and set up.
So far we managed to get our hands on several M202s, an Orbital Strike and 2 Gang Upgrades so yeah.. we're not there yet but making big steps each day.

Looking forward battling you guys every now and then in the future eitherway.

What a mature comment, I mean I understand gang rivalry in game while we're still role playing but I mean really? Even if what you were claiming was true bragging about it and trying to look down on other players makes you look bad and the fact that you're an admin makes you look even less mature. Kind of sad because I've seen members in this brotherhood gang who seem like good, respectable guys, I'll never understand why they would accept such an immature player into their gang.

With that out of the way this is a forum post created for members of the Fourth Reich and those who are interested in our gang. If anyone plans on posting their opinion whether good or bad at the very least be respectful and mature so that no unnecessary braincells are harmed in the viewing of this post.

In the sense that you haven't made a direct impression from such groups by slight adjustments to identification, you fail to understand that you're still not far off 'shit-stirring' and if your roleplay consists of distasteful and offensive practices relevant to the inspiration for your group name, you are out (may I refer you to the Terms of Use.)

I'm really sorry but I couldn't help but notice your bragging about the Brotherhood. I was in this Brotherhood gang for about 3 weeks and since me becoming a member of this gang I have only seen a single base being built, and never actually got to see the Brotherhood use teamwork to accomplish anything. This base that they built was about 2 weeks ago. Even when I used to ask some Brotherhood members to base and create a some sort of a situation that is gang related, they would decline and go do their own thing, I'm not saying that this is a bad thing but I have got about ten times the amount of gang related game play in one day being a Fourth Empire member, then I had in three weeks of being a Brotherhood member. Moreover, you act like the gang is some god tier, untouchable force of nature but really the image you guys created for the outside was similar to the hype of the latest Duke Nukem game. Just as the Duke Nukem game, once I joined the gang it was an absolute disappointment. A waste of the ridiculous 1 million price tag you guys placed upon being able to join.

Also the main reason why I decided to resign today was because of the lack of gang related game play, and the little to no organization and effort you guys put into keeping the Brotherhood gang an active and entertaining organization to be in. I joined The Fourth Empire after the impressive image they created and me finding out that what they say, believe in and promise is only a small percentage of what you'll receive by being a member. So please before you brag about the Brotherhood being a stronger, superior gang.. Take a good hard look at your own gang and admit your issues, then spend time fixing it.
