Suggestion Title: The server needs some good admins and moderators

How would it benefit the server: that will make the server more realistic and organized

Potential Issues/Exploits:I have playing in the server for 2 days, it's very nice roleplay server but the problem is that there aren't a lot of good admins and moderators, the most of them are afk most of the time so everyone exploit that by killing us in the spawn zone, destroying our shops, rdm, and arresting us without any reasons!

Additional notes: I don't mean all the admins are not good, but i think the server needs more admins or changing some useless admins and moderators in the server

I hope this suggestion will help to develop the server and make it better

This is the same for S2 and S3 except S2 needs staff who don't try to benefit themselves.

I think the biggest issue with staffing on SSRP is the fact that most staff would rather first finish their own roleplay (raiding, basing, mining, etc.) before improving the RP experience for others, although they're assigned to do the latter.

It's because of this that makes staffing on a lot of the other servers more chill and relaxed. You can staff and play at the same time, whilst staffing on SSRP requires your full attention.

I dont know your time zone but this week has been amazing for staffing, I've been on everyday doing f1s and I've never seen the f1s stack. Earlier on this week we had 5 admins fighting over f1s.

Also this suggestion is basicly a shitpost, you can't just "fix" a staff team you need to suggest ways to do so.

It's true that the few times I played SSRP, there has been so much rulebreaks. That didn't help me enjoy my times, and prompted me to left half of the time.

Someone told me I should apply for SSRP, I might give it a try if I succeed if doing what I seek to do in TTT.

Why don't you apply if you think it is so easy to moderator the server.

You will soon find out it is not easy

Plus, now you even have a gang raising to RDM miners. We have to admit, playing SSRP is not always safe. When you have RP, you always have some people breaking the rules constantly. But it's still our responsibility to make sure everything is fine for all users.

let me tell you about my experience, I was in the spawn not doing anything illegal, I have been arrested 4 times without any reason, they destroyed my weapon shop more than 10 times by the bomb and they killed me more than 20 times!. when the admin joined everything has become good, but after what? after I lost all my time trying to earn some money?. even the cops killed me 5 times and destroyed my shop with them so what do you expect from the rest?.
