Suggestion Title:
Auction Revoke

How would it benefit the server:
I think this would be a good thing to be available to players that put an item on the auction house for the wrong amount. this could happen because they missed off a zero and forgot to double check their price

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that i can think of

Additional notes:
This should only be available before other players have bid on the item so the seller doesnt reclaim the item before a fair win of said item by another player.
