Suggestion Title: Bring back english only

How would it benefit the server: So today on Bhop 2 Russians were talking And one of them claimed he told him that it's easier for admins if you talk to them in English and then the other Russian said that he didn't say that and he called his mother the n word. So I think it would be better and easier for admins.

Potential Issues/Exploits: no

Additional notes:

Don't really see why the rule was removed tbh.
It's not like people who don't know english will get warned for just playing the game.
However, we should all be able to understand eachother in chat or on mic in my opinion.

In chat I do not think this is a problem but on mic I think it is as you cannot really translate what they are saying

I agree

Tell them to talk English as you don't understand their language. If they continue, gag them for dissrespect as it's disrespectfull to continue talking a language you don't understand. Simple.
