No, if you ask them to speak a language that you understand and they don't respect your request and keeps on going without caring about you, it is dissrespectful as you may also want to join in the conversation and have fun. It is like freezing a person out of the Group.

No it's not their fault. But like I said. If they deny your request of wanting to be in the conversation they're basically just ignoring you and freezing you out of the conversation. And that is dissrespectfull.

What if 2 people speaking a different language just want to play a game and be able to talk to each other. If they disrespect you, you won't know about it anyway and therefore you can't be offended. It's a dick move to say that only people who know English are allowed to communicate.
