Server Name: TTT Server 1

Suggestion Title: Remove the rule that you can KOS someone if they walk past an unidentified body without identifying it.

How would it benefit the server: It would stop alot of arguments and unnecesary reports because alot of the times you don't even see the body and just get killed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nah

Additional notes: I feel like alot of people can relate to this just being killed no knowing that you passed a body

you scan the body and it tells you who killed it?
you id the body it tells you who was near or what he was about to say / last said?
i dont see how its important at all, you can so easily just miss it and get rdmed..

As the detective you have the "DNA Scanner" which can scan who killed the person. If the body is UNIDED you can kill the person, if it is IDED you have to question the player why he killed another innocent.
