A discord server will be better as we already have one, is easier, and one of its biggest features it has a mobile app. and as emp statedEMP wrote:

Discord would be great. I could build a bot that would let you link your discord to your forums account so VIP and staff ranks could be auto assigned. That way we could add some discord benfits to VIP, or even add an upgrade ingame for gangs to get a discord channel. Basicly every thing would be way easier with discord because they have a centralized account system. I think if we fully pushed discord it would work, especially with VIP features!

TeamSpeak works pretty well for what the community needs in terms of a communication hub, no need to make a fuss and confuse people by randomly switching over to Discord. Maybe as a part of a future big community update or something, otherwise I can't see the change being necessary or effective. I love Discord more then Team Speak Because Discord is easier, and can have more cooler things on it. And other stuff. But this is not gonna happen because people are using Team Speak now, and are gonna stick to that. But great suggestion! TS is what Zarp use and what i think it should stay with. We are all use to TS and don't understand discord as some people have never been on it! I feel like this is completely unneeded, the current Teamspeak works perfectly and functions for what the community needs. Making the change to discord isn't needed, and would just cause an necessary disruption among staff and users. Furthermore, we already have a discord that people can use if they wish.
