Suggestion Title: Age Limit Staff

How would it benefit the server: Kids who are younger tend not to understand the consequences of serious actions as much as an older person. There's many other benifits but I'll let others name them.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Current staff members who are below the age of applying for staff may feel they're being targeted.

Additional notes: There are some staff members who are younger and do a perfectly fine job. Just most don't seem to quite understand what is happening.

May this be moved to server suggestions? Thanks!

This would not really be a good thing for a few reasons:

• People can lie about their age
• People can be mature for their age
• Age does not define experience or how someone would act in any given scenario

Yes, it is more likely that younger people will abuse, but if they get staff and abuse they can be demoted, and if they cannot prove before getting staff that they are mature enough, then obviously they will be denied.

I feel that this is a bit of an extreme measure in order to stop abusing staff. You will always get abusing staff no matter their age. I feel like this suggestion had been made because of a certain staff member. I don't believe that age is an issue at all we have brilliant young staff members.

I think we've seen a few times of people under 12 being extremely unfit for their positions already.

I do have to say, you can argue that you can be mature at a young age, but let's be honest here it's not very probable compared to an older person.

I'd also want to point out that if this was accepted, I'd hope the current staff who would be under the age of being staff are not demoted but you simply stop others from becoming it.

I can't see why there should be a age limit when a 12 years old boy can as unmature as a 9 year old boy. I've seen staff that was around 15-18 that have been more immature than a 10 year old. Even now i look up on some admins that there is very very young. This is not gonna stop the issue with staff abuses at all. Because its not about the age, but how mature and respectfull you are towards Zarp. The only way to fix the issues with staff, is to report them, and let the leadteam decide.

And there is a reason of why you get choosen as moderator, you don't just get the rank, you earn it. there should be no age limit in my opnion
