Here is a example.
20 Tickrate = Hitbox updates 20 times every second.
128 Tickrate = Hitbox Updated 128 Times every second.
So basically Higher tickrate means The hitboxes are gonna be more smooth and More consistent. However like Tyler said on my Previous suggestion, High tickrate might cause Instability With 90 Players on a old Engine. But its still worth a try. Also I dont think 60 Tickrate is that high.
Also From what I know it wont effect Server Preformance, Just the server usage.
