TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion] Refund rulebreaks

Suggestion Title:

Make refunds available for rulebreaks, but only when the item has been lost. By lost I mean disappeared from the game, not picked up by anyone else etc.

How would it benefit the server:

I know a lot of people that have lost millions to rulebreaks, me included. I know I've personally lost at least 75mil worth of items solely due to rulebreaks, and it would improve my experience and a lot of others' experiences.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

If someone fakes rulebreaks with their friends, then they would be losing the item then getting it back, so nothing would be affected. Also, this could be punishable.

Additional notes:

We could give head admins the power to spawn items into others' inventories if it would be too much for the owners to handle, as they are trusted members who would not abuse this.

an issue could be that there could be people who fake rulebreakers with there friends making it so that there will be people duping items though the system.

This is gonna extremely difficult to enforce.
event hough id like to see it implemented in some way because i feel really sorry for some one who works so hard for his shit and then loses it. But yeah i dont think this will happen.

got CDM and lost my jugsuit+HC from the cheapest 10k car.

Em no? You know how many refund requests there would be? It already takes 1 month for a refund request to get a formal response from an owner or a high ranked staff member. Will never work, will never get implemented!

Sounds like a good idea but it aint gonna happen For Obv Reasons.

The reaosn refund requests currently take so long have barely anything to do with the Headadmins. The crash logs is something we head admins cant trace and if you lost like a printer we cannot refund those as we do not have the powers.
I would be up for refunding special weapons with my HA powers if we can set up a system. Even though its gonna be a very busy job atleast we will be helping alot of people . I just dont think any of the owners are gonna like this though.
And i dont know how to approach them on it as its a touchy subject;P

Well i would love the fact that people could get refunded if they lost something due to a rulebreak. But there is so many people trying to fake it, and as said it can be faked with your friends.. There is gonna be way to many problems if people could get refunded for rulebreaks... And honestly i really don't think its that necessary i have been in the community in a long time and it's very rare that i see someone that wants a refund due to a rulebreak. But there is always the chance that the staff member or a user is nice and wanna refund out of their own pocket... Also there will be extremely long wait time to get refunds on this stuff because i am almost 100% sure it would be atleast HA+ that would have to review the evidence every single time and they already have so much work to do
