No, This can be very easily abused because I think many people will easily take a warning on an alt and RDM someone or break rules to get your item back if you are in a tough situation

Here why its banned ..

Play X (rulebreaker) goes to do a plan on an RDM on payer Y (you)

player X is planned with you to have a GPP placed , as a citizen player X goes to kill you (RAIDING , WITH BIG GUN) taking the GPP
as you do a planned f1 , the admin comes (lets say the refund system IS allowed)
the admin refunds you after warning the rule breaker , giving you an extra 25mil (GPP) ..
you both leave getting profit from a warning only .. and its a smart way to be tricking in that wont be allowed even in ur 7th dream


... imagine that zzarp is one of the servers that doesnt recommend that cuz they know its gonna be played off and faked alot

and an example of it (Witnesses in admin sits) it can always be faked , you get whats wrong about this whole thing now ?

Although this issue would be a good idea, it wouldn't work, there'd be too many cases of things happening, which would be really hard to solve, the system we have now where we only refund for server side issues has worked for so long, and will continue to work, just my opinion.

I personally don't feel as if this would feasible, this is mainly due to the fact that there are so many rule breaks that happen each day, we couldn't enforce this with the current amount of head admins. I just don't think that this would function with our current system and amount of players.

Try to think if the server got this system. It would fuck the community up, peoples will call there friends to do this.
Example: A guy ask his friend to do something, so that guy take his gluon gun out his friend killed him he make an f1 he asking to refund for his gluon gun. Then the admin open system refund refund him a new gluon gun then the guy automacily leave and his friend too. Then they could do this shits all day, they just need to changed name and just kill them self again and again.

im tired of rulebreakers i got cdmed with a jug suit and gluon and thundergun.
