Dude, The fact that you are trying to report Tyler over him denying your appeal? like what the hell bud, Your appeal was denied for a very good reason as we feel like you'll just break rules again like we all know who Vitx is. Tyler isn't a shit Community Manager he's the person that everyone goes to, I don't feel like he's done anything wrong so nah bud

Huge power trip.
banned two of my friends just for mentioning his old name "martin hart". They had not previously interacted with him at all. They're not WUULF, his alts or any old members of NNMC / Nettle lickers.

They were not given a chance to argue, just banned. Permanently.

TBH Tyler is more fair to people than others, The only time tyler says to deny someone is if they generally deserve it, and even then the person who is handling the unban, can argue a point across if they believe other wise.

I've worked with tyler on several things now, and spent a lot of time with him, in general chats at stupid hours of the mornings, dealing with issues, or simply handling reports, and yet I have never once seen him as power hungry, an issue, or any form of problem.


Tyler does a STUPID amount of work for this community, being he stays up late, usualy doesn't sleep as much, and yet for the entire time he is at a pc or doing something, he is working on this community, for example, he went for a run, yet me and him was still talking about this community.

On a final note, if it wasn't for both Para and Tyler, Zarp would be lacking a lot of things, a lot of policies, or in general that voice which is needed other than just the owners who can basically do what ever they want, if they wanted.

Ohh yeh, every person i've had to go to tyler about for an unban, weather he likes them or not, he has always been the same, with reasoning, the actions they done, and weather he thinks they should stay banned or not. Every ban appeal, that has to communicate with tyler, is done the same way, with the same process every time, at least when i have done them with him.

From personal experience breaking TOU, I have been treated very differently by other moderators, admins and even super admins.
They warned me to stop and at the very least allowed me to give an explanation. In this case none of this happened, to me that is abuse.

Sorry I don't have proof from both sides so I have to go neutral.

Even if they are allowed to handle the terms of use breakers however they want, how is mentioning a name breaking terms of use?
Speaking in game in a car with no intent to cause grief or insult is not ban worthy.

In which way is it not true? You can't deny that you ban people for using your old name in any context. I fully accept that what WUULF and CO did was wrong but instantly banning anyone just for association isn't exactly fair.

No. Honestly from my experience with Tyler he is very honest and a very good community manager.
