How is this ban worthy? 7 years 10 months ago #343959

So I was playing music in my gang channel , I joined chat room 5 by accident for a few seconds and I left immediately because I missclicked while changing songs.I literally was in there for a few seconds and I left immediately, a few seconds later I see that I am banned for a day. Like really? He could have easily verbally warned me for it since it was an accident and it literally lasted 4 seconds.

I appealed the ban : zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals/6...egacy-s-unban-appeal , and it got denied...
So I try to contact Para or Tyler. Neither reply but they are clearly online.

I don't see how 4 seconds of me playing music made you ban me? This is just insane ...

i remember one night me and a few other lads at like 3am were singing and shit and keith poped up and we all got in shit for no reason it was just us in the ts all together singing.... I think an unban should be in order here. Staff should be more acceptable then they are, people are trigger happy I've been noticing lately (Not calling you out Para this is in general) and I think they should start being lenient and there was no communication between you two before he banned you as when you joined your music was on. He should of atleast spoke to you about it instead of assuming you did it on purpose as I'm sure he wouldn't if it was an accident.

Agreed, this ban was way too harsh and way too fast. Teamspeak staff ban for the smallest things sometimes and it's like their trying to protect their own interests over the interests of the server.
