So i think it’s better to not give them a second chance and just ban them instantly when they get caught even if it’s the first time
They make excuses and say “sorry” when they get caught and they ruin our rp and know it’s not allowed to hack there are more then 10 sorry threads this month and i think it’s enough

I agree, hackers who are active will always post things saying Sorry. Recently, an actual mod hacked, so I think we should ban too. Not permanently but perhaps for two weeks.

I think it should be 1st offensive is 2 weeks after that is perm with no chance to appeal it, If people realized that they couldn't ever get unbanned then I think the number of hackers would decrease substantially, feels like half the people who play use some sort of script, whether that be macros for bhoping or injecting something for aimbot or esp...

A staff member hacking is a issue, but when 2 were caught in the space of a week now that's a fucking problem.

I believe that if a staff member is caught cheating, they should be demoted, however that is not the policy, however, banning straight up, doesn't mean improvement.

Gotta admit fuck those hackers why would you gave them a second chance when they ruined everyone experience on zarp for real they don't deserve a second chance just perm ban them already.

I believe EMP asked for the opinion of another Community's Owner on the last "omg we need to perm ban hackers" thread. Him and Chute have over 10 years of experience together and they've noticed thqt banning hackers immediately does not solve the issue, it makes it worse.

Hackers will always be here. If you permanently ban hackers on first offenses, they won't go to the forums like so many people expect. They'll be going on the servers again, but this time with an alt account.

Fighting against hackers is a losing battle, but with the current system we know at the very least what we're fighting exactly. At least that's what I understood from EMP's and Chute's explanation.

This rule of giving second chances happened when para got caught hacking and he was given a chance to stay as a sa so since people would complain if they instantly got banned they decoded to give everyone a chance ,,, sorry para i always bring you up love you really

Secondly, only a small percentage of the actual hackers that are caught make an appeal and an even smaller percentage make a sorry topic. The assumption that every hacker in the community also actively partakes in it is simply false, something that could be supported by getting all hacker bans together and showing that the actual number of hackers are a lot higher than you might expect.
