TOPIC: A warning to the SSRP staff team

Coming from someone who plays zarp 8+ hours a day, 90% of the staff right now are terrible. I have not had a F1 answered in the past 30 days. Tonight i tried speaking with morgan about a f1 several times, he wouldn't reply in steam or game chat, even though he was typing nonstop on the server chat, blatantly ignoring my messages. I told him i was just going to remove him because he was obviously ignoring me, he then started asking what i needed randomly 30 minutes later after he joined another server. I said i was going to remove him because of the blatant ignoring, and he blocked me before i could even answer him. A true Head Admin would ask what was going on, in effort to improve the community. Its just unreal right now, and it honeslty makes me just want to go back to my old RP server despite spending $500+ on ZARP. RIP

I have had similar experiences in no one responding to my F1. I’ll finally get it handled after 30mins when logs are gone and the player is gone and I forgot about what happened. I am now just recording and posting warn requests even when staff are online because it’s useless to make an F1 you will get no response as of now. If you want something down you have to go on the forums, even then they’ll accept it but no action will be taken, but I look at it as it’s documented. I don’t have a problem with making requests but new players who need help won’t know to go to the forums. I also think that it’s pathetic that the good staff are quitting because of other staff members not doing their job. Good staff members don’t need so much stress on their back to the point where they don’t want to do their job anymore. You guys are a team and you all need to have each other’s back in making the server more fun to play on for everyone including staff. You guys are on the right path and I appreciate everyone of you.

some people can agree on this, most staff members (keep in mind I said most, not all) spend more time being AFK and being not bothered answering F1s than actually trying to help out players. Even when they do the F1s, they do their job poorly and I think this needs to change. So I hope that Ace removes these slackers and make a big leap into the future of ZARP.

Sad part is, sometimes that happens if the admin really dislikes you, I learnt that the hard way but ofc I didn't get permabanned.

Thanks for this Ace, please also do keep us updated on this so we know you guys, the lead team, are still fixing the current staff issues. I do have the patience but only as long as we know what will be happening. I noticed the minimum F1 count, however I think 20 is a little too low and should be around 30-40 imo, 20 F1's can be done within an hour on server one. Best of luck anyways guys, hope something good comes out of this for both staff and user's!

Thanks for this ACE. I would suggest raising the F1 counter to say alteast 40 (That's the minimum when i was staff)

If they fail to hit 20 we can automatically bring them up for demotion instead of the "have you tried to contact them and inform them of their low count" stuff we usually must go through.

This is great to see, currently its actually the staff team that are maker my play-experience worst but hey there are very few good staff members in my opinion.

A big part of the issue is that doing F1s aren't being done in a team effort style. The same staff members are getting on the server and not even getting the chance to roleplay because all of the F1s are being thrown on them in a very overwhelming way, and I'm sure that's evident in the F1 counts as some have 100 - 300 F1s completed while others are just barely above the minimum. If we all did F1s together this wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Much needed. The F1s and staff shit is currently piled onto a couple of people even when there are a lot of staff members online, which leads to a lot of people making mistakes. You being back and ready to help with Captin's Crusade (ask Captin) and the minimum F1 count should be a good start to fixing this.

Wait there are people that actually answer the F1's?
