Staff Ethos
Our aim as a staff team is improve the experience for the people in the community, not to interrupt them whilst they are playing when it isn’t needed. We don’t want people that break very minor rules that have no impact on other people or servers being needlessly punished when a simple talk can resolve the situation.
If we are at the point where we need to slow down a video to highlight parts where a user could have maybe broken a rule then that rule must be so minor that it is not worth punishing for as it has minimal impact on the game. That fact that some staff would even go that far in order to punish someone annoys me. Seargent do you in anyway think that this punishment was needed? From Howaboutthats point of view he had a reason to kill the user, and without a doubt had no intention to RDM. The user went out of their way to show you proof that the person he killed did in fact ignore an unidentified body, and your reasoning for slaying him is that what boss may have not seen the body as he was running away, Howaboutthat should not be punished because regardless of his reason for doing so boss did in fact ignore a unidentified body.

As Nickolas seems to be MIA and Seargent has given his statement I wish to close this case! Btw forgive any typos made since I am forced to use a phone. Without further adeu here is my verdict:
After reviewing evidence Seargent44 wished to have reviewed I find it unjustified and nitpicking to punish a user in this situation as acting the way Seargent44 suggested to would disturb the flow of the game which we as staff members are supposed to be protecting. I have talked with several other staff members and they have had valuable arguments in the conclusion of this case. This appeal has been
When I reach land or someplace with reliable internet connection I will message an HA or two to get the warning removed.
