For the whole 10 months of staffing before I got Super Admin I did around 200+ F1s a week for the month I was Moderator and when I got Administrator I did over 100 F1s a week for 9 months. Although people will say a recommend amount I don't believe there to be a number as it gives some kind of safety net for staff members("oh I did my F1s this week") doesn't mean you cannot strive above it and be there for the users.

Sally has the correct idea.

As Samurai said, it's recommended to do 40 a week, but we don't put down an official number because worst case scenario; some mods and admins might use that as an excuse not to do their job once they've hit the recommended number of F1's.

I think a big fear for some of the staff team, and part of the reason we keep an eye on the numbers in the first place is because there might be an off-chance that someone on the server (just a few bad eggs) will get staff just so that they can look out for their own self-interests; e.g. they get RDM'ed, they can instantly punish the person.

This is against everything the ZARP staff team is about.

Just remember, do F1's because you can, not because you have to. Do them to help people, and don't view it as a chore.
