You cannot punish other staff members. As I recently have seen new staff, or even some old ones, have been punishing other staff members. You can't do this, you either have to report them at the forums or to an Super Admin or higher. But if it is an Super Admin who is doing something wrong, make an demote request on the forums or talk with an Head Admin or higher. When I asked R-Flex, he said that you were actually allowed to fspec staff members (although I was also always taught to not do that unless you're an SA+) This is a useful thread, as people often do make this mistake. Usually, though, a simple talking to will fix it - but in case some staff members out there don't know then this thread is indeed useful! I was taught that I should NEVER fspec a staff member.
And sometimes it is a little hard contacting the staff member, and this is just a little message in case someone just looks through the forums and does not know this.

IMO, it should be ok to fspec a staff member ONLY if they're AFK and do not respond through any form of communication, that being in-game chat, admin chat, steam, teamspeak etc. otherwise what would be the issue here? What does fspecing have to do with giving another staff member a punishment? If a staff member is clearly afk you can force him to join spectator mode so that the round doesnt get delayed. That's indeed what R-Flex told me, but I'm just saying that it used to be said when I just became staff three months ago and apparently is still going around.

I am really sorry for my misinformation! I was taught that you were not allowed to force spectate staff, as you had to wait it out. Again, I am really sorry. I was just trying to get out a point.
