honestly i don't think anyone cares or wants to read this but i'll just write why i resigned

why am i resigning ? because literally all of the good staff members left, i never understood why they did until now, i don't blame them

Why is it hard for people to just appreciate your effort, no matter how hard you try?

Ima be honest, Meetings were always about whether they like you or not which is so wrong, even if you were a good staff member they wont accept you for stupid reasons, they just don't care.

Most of the LT members don't do shit, { some are toxic } when you talk to them they ignore you because " you're a mod / admin " and they're always " too busy ", They only care about ranks and they don't help players, except some ( Lucious,, Rick Johnson ) they actually want to help players and they always do, some members resigned like Raeker, Skeleton Warrior, Dankek, and many others.

i also hate how some head/super admins are super disrespectful and when you tell them something that they find offensive they talk about it in the meeting and they demote you for it, even if what you said wasn't really disrespectful or anything, they just didnt like it, - and you sometimes get demoted for even more stupid reasons



this is my honest opinion, you might think it's wrong but that's what i saw in the past 2 months

Anyways, i'm really sad to see you resign, you were currently one of the best staff members. Remember, there will always be a spot for you in the SSRP team.

Ask any old player, How corrupt lead team is, This post Will probably be removed in a act to shush me but the lead team is corrupt no one will admit it except old lead team, And old players, There disrespectful and shitty toward other staff but they get away with it

Last time I checked the meetings were not about whether we liked the people or not. lol what is this thread, they do appreciate good staff members for their work. Legendary member doesn't just get given out to LT, I mean look at Kalll look at him he got LM to appreciate his hard work as an admin.
