It is no fun being staff anymore, it no longer feels like a team serving the community. I feel like my voice is not heard by some staff (not all, there are many staff which listen to me).

Hopefully TTT is more fun just playing as a player

Nay, I have to say you are a great guy and to be honest I've heard that from some people when I was still staff I never personally experienced it but I believe the problem has always really been there.
