TOPIC: [Prop Hunt] Resignation

I'm tired of doing my best to help the server and still getting shit for it. I've been the longest lasting staff member on prop hunt currently and I was the one that got the majority of the current staff to apply for their ranks. I do my best for the good of the server and I still have to bear with xnator's shit on a daily basis and I've honestly had enough. From trolling my trainings to constantly disrespecting me and saying I do a shit job I just can't have a good attitude against that person. I won't tolerate anymore of this shit.

Blaming Xnator for your shit attitude is funny.

From adding perms to admins that he did not want to, to your shitty attitude on the forums recently. You are really gonna have to think about what you are saying in the future.

Your training the other day was interrupted due to missing out several points. I wanted to be in there to begin with in order to make sure that trainings were still being done at the correct standard, which they obviously were not.
Your attitude recently has been absolutely unacceptable. Maintaining a Lead Team position, especially one such as Head Admin, requires a seriously improved attitude than the one you have been showing recently. After Kyber got Super Admin, your attitude dropped massively, even more so when you got an Official Warning for it.

My point is well, people get shit on all the time, there will of course be people that simply dislike you. Have you ever tried talking to Xnator calmly about why he do things like that? If you haven't you should think of that.
