Xenophobia is an actual day-to-day term used in a lot of adult situations. It is not at all like other terms sometimes used within this community (looking at you Xnator, with your fucking "ableism" bullshit). Xenophilia, by the way, is the exact opposite of xenophobia: it means an open mindset to people of a different culture and ethnicity. How does the banning work? Is it always a day ban because that's what I like to do or should it be extended if they have previous bans. There is nothing written saying how long you should ban someone for or that there 2nd ban must be a week. Stop being a sheep and think for yourself.

Obviously if they repeatedly get punished for any forms of racism, discrimination and harassment then you can ban them for longer. One day, or two days, or a few days - it's up to you, really.

Well like everyone said it’s up to the person who is in charge of the situation if it’s a newcomer they should probably read the rules but as they’re new they might not know but after all zero tolerance applys to all so it depends on the person handling it
