TOPIC: Clarification on this whole racism thing

Because we're all still sitting here wondering what is okay and what is not, I have decided to make this post to clarify some things. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. I will clear everything up here.

To our users,
- Using the words "black" and "white" is not a bannable offense. (Obviously)
- It is up to the staff member on whether or not they wish to warn you before banning you if you are discriminatory in any sort of way. (Racism, Homophobic, Transphobic, Xenophobic, etc etc). As for the basis of this, a 1 day ban is the first ban that you will receive.
-Loopholing is also taken into consideration and up to the staff member on whether it is warn or ban worthy.
-Any questionable names will be talked about amongst the LT, if it is deemed loopholing or racist do not fight it.
-Don't ask staff "Is this word okay" you already know. If you have to ask, it probably isn't okay and you will be punished accordingly.

To our staff members:
-Be consistent in your punishments!!!!!
-Do not try to stretch loopholing, it is either loopholing or it isnt, you should not have to explain yourself on why you banned someone for loopholing.
-It is up to you on whether or not you give a warning before you give a 1 day ban.

I have seen a lot of staff members use the no tolerance policy in their favor, deciding to warn/gag someone instead of banning them and when someone else does the same thing they would instantly ban him. Thanks for making the clarification.

When you say it is up to us on whether we warn before giving the ban, does it mean we warn them as a chance to stop and if they carry on then ban them or just warn and ban at the same time on first offence?
