TOPIC: How am I doing as a Staff Member (nickthedude1)

I just want to here other staffs opinions on how im doing. But i have Accidently fear rp'd, Falsly accuse people of RDM, but i did appoligise for that stuff. Im thinking of appling for admin next week, so i want to know if im doing a good job or i need to improve on anything. But i've learned from my mistakes and i know that i will improve

I've been a moderator for 6 days, but i got alot of comments saying your a great Moderator and you should apply for admin next week. And so by alot of staff saying that, i've got the condfidence to do it. I have made mistakes but i've said them to the head admin Zmorgan (He's relly cool) and he say's it happens and its ok. Im probable not gunna go for super admin, because i think its to much work.

Honestly, bad. You can never complete anything by yourself and constantly ask who killed me and usually never even see the logs. The other staff on the server do everything for you which in my opinion you should be retrained.

Although I personally disagreed, Chummy was a prime supporter of staff applying for a promotion even though other people told them not to. There's most definitely something noteworthy in there - if you believe you are ready, then by all means: apply for a promotion. Do understand that it isn't always as simple and the chances of you getting denied are definitely quite big.

Take any and all (constructive) feedback into account, both on this specific post and on your eventual application. Only so can you improve.

You definitely need more time as Moderator, no point applying for Admin so quick (you need more experience).

I also have never seen you on.

I would recommend being more active on the Forums aswell.

I have saw you in game sometimes and i have spoke to you about handling a sit correctly because you were struggling a bit.
I think that you are a very nice moderator, However you need a bit more experience as moderator before applying for admin.
By all means apply for admin, but i think you should apply at a later date so you can master handling sits!

Thanks everyone for commenting on my topic. Even if its bad. I will improve and i will consider holding back on admin for a little longer until i get more experience. Again Plz comment on how you think im doing, even if its bad, i actually want to hear something bad about me so i can improve it in the future. Thanks for reading.

You watch RDM take place constantly, you don’t ever finish sits, in fact you leave in the middle of them and mark the f1 as done, and the few times you do handle a sit all the way through you’re generally incompetent and can’t figure out how to check logs.

Nothing personal, but some people just aren’t meant to be staff.
