Suggestion Title: Buff Handed Ion Canon

How would it benefit the server: It would benefits because when Mega Week is here/back everyone will keep buying booster packs and try for the best to get Magik Case>Then Ion Canon. Make it instant holster becasue the right click is so good but the left click people rarely use it because the item is rare and expensive. It have slow fire rate(Left Click) right click have a decent fire rate due to the infinite ammo(Right Click) .

Potential Issues/Exploits: People would holster exploit it due to the high explode damage and damage to prop.(2 shot of Handed Ion Canon can destroy container)

Additional notes: It works like Gause Rifle, high damage but slow fire rate.

Not sure about this one. Ion Cannon is already pretty powerful, and the slow fire rate is generally for a reason. They made gamma's insta holster because they're fairly easy to get a hold of in BP cases out of all the other options.

Guess it's something to consider.

It is the second most overpowered special weapon for killing people, second to the gluon.
The left click is great if the base is compacted but the right click insta-kills people not to mention its insane range and fire rate, making it an insta holster would make it way too op.

I've seen some pretty rediculous suggestions in my time but this kinda takes the cake.
