Proof; you can check the server logs
Story: Well basically i bought the ion cannon with all the money i got from the rare items store and as you would do you would go to the admin area to test it out so i went and used the weapon i thought to risk not getting it ripped i would drop it so i did i was against the wall at a angle i went to pick it up and it just disappeared and then i went searching under the man, sadly under the map their is a black abyss so i couldn't even see where it went.

I Feel like this should be bumped since this is a lot of money for such an little item and that it should be checked by the CM's to see where he dropped it and if he ever picked it up because after all this is a server issue

You would really need some sort of proof for this but I'm sure they might find a way in the logs for proof.

This is not a server issue, never drop items against walls it never ends well. always use holster to be safe.

There are no logs that can help you here. Yes they might be able to see that you dropped the weapon but how will they know that you dropped it inside a wall? You need evidence for a refund.

Sadly due to the lack of evidence in this case no refund may be given, it's possible that the weapon was picked up by someone else, deleted or destroyed.
