Suggestion Title: Vote for events

How would it benefit the server: People won't get mad for getting daily objectives with events in them anymore.

Potential Issues/Exploits: No issue/exploits that i can find

Additional notes: A way for people to vote for what the next hourly event is because it is really hard to finish a daily objective with an event challenge in it because there are so many kinds of events.
