Suggestion Title: The Nuclear Bunker/Shelter

How would it benefit the server: Allows a little more interest in basing and creates an environment where (hear me out on this one) you/your props/raidable entities are not going to get damaged by a nuke.

Potential Issues/Exploits: One super-powered gang taking control of the area and printing for a while? (Hear me out below.)

Additional notes: Okay, so to establish - no, I am not saying that the people will be safe from the nuclear blast forever in this ONE place. The bunker/shelter changes positions, and instead of it being an actual bunker, it would be designated to one building, house, or even a whole district if you're feeling generous (Rich district camping buggers).
This bunker is intended to keep the area safe from nuclear blasts for anywhere between 24-48 hours, maybe more, maybe less depending upon how how the developers wanna spin this one. Everyone knows what nukes do to printers, basically everything - it tears it all apart. It could be argued that you can just use Printer Hacker 2's on them and save your printers that way, but that's spending 15-20 mil to save one printer.
This offers players a way to enjoy basing and to get that competitive edge against other players. It might not seem like much, but this is one way to get the ball rolling on basing again.

((Just making a side note that I voted on my own thing because I wanted to see the results... I'm still a bit new to polls. ))

I used to make RP Houses where people would reserve a slot and I've have a big vault like in fallout and a small room with chairs and little tubes just like in the games where people would survive the nuke.
