TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion]Staff Getting A Salary?

SSRP Server 1, 2, & 3

Suggestion Title:
Give staff an ingame salary because we are hard workers and we should get a bit of a paycheck while we're at it!

How would it benefit the server:
Staff would be more motivated to work, or staff that already work would get rewarded for their hard work.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
AFK Admin/Mod On Duty To Make A Lot Of Money

Additional notes:
Please make the salary around 1k! It's a hard job somethimes!

Staff members getting any sort of benefit from doing the work the owners should do while they sit and do nothing? That's preposterous! Staff are paid in imaginary-status and pixel badges.

On a serious note, benefits to being staff would just create a raise in a already too high amount of staff members.

Don't you think we get enough for being staff as it is. you should feel privileged to be helping the Community to have a better experience if that's not rewarding to you then I can't help.

If anything you should be rewarded for handling stuff, which you are, you get a more friendly environment.

I remember that the Admin On Duty Job got 1$

Admin/Moderator on Duty is a non-Roleplay job. This means whilst on duty, you should not be affecting roleplay except for making sits and such. By making a salary, it would be affecting your RP by awarding you money for being a non-RP job.

Of course they shouldn't get paid for doing Staff job. They do them voluntarily and it's non RP.
