Server Name: All pointshop servers

Suggestion Title: Enabling buying items from pointshop while you are dead/spectator

How would it benefit the server: For example: On deathrun there are a couple of maps where the anti afk killer is pretty fast, if you want to buy something from the pointshop you need to be really quick. If you're not quick enough you will die and need to wait a whole round again to buy the item you want.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A
