Time / Date of when it happened: It happened near 6pm on 20/0i6/17.I asked santa to make me a nice animated signature and then i asked to add a nice background.Then when he made it it looked so bad and before i asked to make it with a background he made one and it looked so bad. If you ask lewis he saw the one with background and it looked so bad.So i asked him to improve it and he knew how I wanted it to be like but didn't do it.I asked for my points back and didn't do it i asked then for less then half and he removed me from his friends list.

Hey Bhavy, as this isn't a server caused issue I cannot refund you. What you do with your points is your own responsibility. You should of gone to Alex or Lewis like me and Micky told you. Hopefully Santa gives you the points/fixes the banner, but that's up to him. Please be more careful what you do with your points and try to use the graphic threads that are created.

Edit: You haven't supplied any form of evidence to help us with the situation. I will try and get someone to create you one though.

I will be refunding him with a free signature of his liking that he should enjoy!
